3x focused hypnotherapy sessions designed to rapidly change the emotional response associated with specific phobias and fears. Using proven hypnotic techniques, we work directly with the subconscious mind so you are free from fear, helping you feel calmer and more in control.Suitable for many common phobias, this approach can often produce significant shifts in a single session, allowing you to move forward with confidence and freedom.
During your Initial Consultation, we will assess whether your phobia falls into the category of simple phobia or whether it is a non-specific phobia in which case you will need more sessions and a different approach.

Before any sessions, we begin with a free 60min consultation to map out exactly what you want to shift and how hypnotherapy can enable you to make lasting change. It’s a conversation with lots of space for you to ask questions, understand the neuroscience of the process, and see if this approach aligns with you.
Following our consultation, I will give you a clear, honest assessment of how many sessions will be most effective for your goals.
Because every creative mind and nervous system processes change differently, the timeline is entirely bespoke.
However, most clients find that 6 to 12 sessions provide the deep, structural rewire needed for meaningful, lasting change. Some need fewer, some want more.
Every session is built around your immediate reality and draws on evidence-based techniques designed to create real, measurable progress. We don’t spend time excavating the past or dwelling on old wounds. Instead, our approach is strictly solution-focused, we look at where you are right now and build the psychological runway to get you where you want to be.
You will gain clear insight into how your mind works and walk away with practical, repeatable tools to reclaim your focus, ease, and agency in your daily life.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I find the solution focused approach incredibly effective. To meet your specific needs, sessions are bespokely designed to respond to you. SFH is a unique approach combining the latest neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, CBT and solution focused therapy with the deeper work made possible by hypnosis.
This integrative approach allows me to work with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety and stress, burnout and low mood, sleep issues, phobias, low confidence, imposter syndrome and self-doubt, grief and loss, boundary issues, unwanted habits, fear of public speaking as well as physical manifestations such as chronic/persistent/neuroplastic pain and long COVID recovery and so much more.
The presenting symptom is rarely the whole problem. Most clients arrive with something specific like a block, a habit, a fear, a period of stress… but what's underneath is usually older and less tangible at first.

Everyone moves at their own pace, but Solution Focused Hypnotherapy tends to work quickly.
Most people notice something shifting within the first couple of sessions. On average we'd work together for 6 to 12 sessions, that’s 2-3 months in weekly sessions. Your commitment and a desire to change are required.

We will assess whether your phobia falls into the category of simple phobia or whether it is a non-specific phobia in which case you might need more sessions to overcome your fear.
To get you started, here is a general guideline.
Simple or specific phobias are typically defined by an irrational fear of one specific trigger that causes immense distress and avoidance, like: a specific animal, a specific texture, a specific object e.g. buttons, fear of flying, fear of clowns, fear of needles, ect.
More complex or non specific phobias include: claustophobia, emetophobia, health anxiety, social anxiety, agoraphobia, ect. and will need a different approach which I’m also happy to provide.
Payment is required before your session takes place. Payment can be made by invoice or secure payment link.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
