As a clinical hypnotherapist, I offer a solution focused approach. To meet your specific needs sessions are bespokely designed for you. SFH is a unique approach combining the latest neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, CBT and solution focused therapy with the deeper work made possible by hypnosis.
This integrative approach allows me to work with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety and stress, burnout and low mood, sleep issues, phobias, low confidence, imposter syndrome and self-doubt, grief and loss, boundary issues, unwanted habits, fear of public speaking as well as physical manifestations such as chronic/persistent/neuroplastic pain and long COVID recovery and so much more.
The presenting symptom is rarely the whole problem. Most clients arrive with something specific like a block, a habit, a fear, a period of stress… but what's underneath is usually older and less tangible at first. If you're a creative and something is running that you can't think your way out of, that's exactly the territory hypnotherapy works in.

The brain isn't fixed. You might have heard of Hebb’s law: Neurons that fire together, wire together. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire, to build new pathways and let unhelpful patterns fade. Every habit, fear, and belief you hold is a neural pattern that formed because it was rehearsed repeatedly.
Hypnotherapy works with this directly: the therapeutic work gives the brain a new direction to consolidate and the trance state creates the conditions where those patterns are most open to change.

The initial consultation is the perfect place to start and gives you an opportunity to discuss your situation in detail and explore what you’d like to achieve. I’ll explain the neuroscience behind why you might experience a block, stress, anxiety, or low mood, and how we can turn it around with hypnosis. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions.

If you are feeling stuck, blocked or overwhelmed you will be surprised that hypnotherapy works faster than you might expect, but it’s rarely a one-and-done process.
Most clients benefit from 3–12 sessions, and will see significant shifts within that timeframe.
Some things take longer, as complex or long-standing patterns can be stickier. If you've been carrying something for years, compressing the work into a handful of sessions isn't ambition, it's more pressure. And pressure is counterproductive to exactly the state we're trying to create where you will create change that lasts.
What this means practically: we'll discuss realistic timelines in your consultation and assess them as we go along. All sessions are tailored exactly to your goals and needs. Every person's journey is different; progress, results and timescales may vary.
Hypnotherapy is collaborative by design. You bring the intention and I tailor the process to build the architecture of your change. It’s not passive. Hypnosis isn't something done to you. To get the most out of your time, your commitment and a desire to change are required.
Luckily though, it isn't the kind of effortful, analytical work that you might already be familiar with. Receptivity and curiosity are the only skills required. The subconscious handles the rest. -
All session are currently held online via Zoom and bookable through my Calendly. I am based in London, UK and welcome clients worldwide, provided you can make my practice hours work for you.
Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in person therapy, and all of my clients enjoy going into trance from the comfort of their home.
If you are a non-native English speaker, you don’t need perfect English to work with me, just enough to follow along comfortably.
A stable internet connection is a requirement. -
I offer sessions in both English and German. Most of my German clients enjoy receiving the hypnosis in English, especially if there is trauma involved. This is particularly useful, as a second language can reduce emotional load and increase curiosity. You don’t need perfect English, just enough to follow along comfortably. On request, I am happy to conduct hypnosis in German too.

Payment is required before your session takes place. You can pay by invoice or payment link.
If you're a client from outside the UK, international transfers can take a few days to clear, please send me a screenshot of your payment confirmation so I know it's on its way and we're good to go.
Please note: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. -
Most people can be hypnotised to a degree sufficient for therapeutic work. Some people drop into trance quickly and deeply, others take longer or work in lighter states. Depth isn't the measure of effectiveness; responsiveness is. The subconscious requires a degree of cooperation to reorganise its old patterns.

Your psychological safety and well-being are my absolute priority. Because hypnotherapy interfaces directly with the subconscious mind, it is not clinically appropriate for everyone at all times.
Therefore, I don't work with clients who are currently experiencing psychosis, hallucinations, epilepsy, or personality disorders, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs during sessions.
If you are under psychiatric care or unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please send me a message. Suitability is always discussed before we begin.
People usually arrive wanting to shift one specific thing: an anxiety, a creative block, a habit they feel stuck in. But when we work with the subconscious, we’re not just managing symptoms, we’re changing the conditions so new patterns and behaviours can emerge.
When the underlying belief shifts, the transformation doesn't stay local because the subconscious doesn't silo. When the root pattern changes, everything downstream changes with it, ushering in system-wide transformation.
Clients find that as the primary pattern clears, secondary symptoms dissolve with it. Sleep deepens. Energy returns. Digestive issues resolve. Boundaries are kept. They start making choices that feel confident and aligned with their vision for themselves.
Hypnosis is a way to reshape the foundation so that everything built on top of it works differently.
